Class choices will be assigned on a first come, first served basis by the date and time you pay online or the postmarked dates. Any mail in registrations prior to the 28th will be put together and randomly selected for class placement on the 28th. Online registrations begin October 28th, 6:00 p.m. Registration payment of $126.00 must accompany your registration form in the mail or online. Your cashed check or notification of online payment is confirmation that we received your registration.
Registration and class fees are non-refundable after January 14, 2018, and prior to this date a full refund minus $25. The registration covers two nights lodging and all meals from supper Friday night through lunch on Sunday. It does not cover class fees: they will be due upon notification of classes.
You will be notified by email (or mail if you enclosed a SASE) of your class assignments after Jan. 15th, 2018 and then you will be asked to mail checks to us made out to the teachers.
The Weave Away is for adults 16 years and older. Guests who are 16 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
If you would be willing, we would like to ask that everyone whose last name begins with the letters A-H bring sweet snacks (ie. CHOCOLATE!!!!), I-O bring a healthy (veggies or fruit), P-Z bring Salty snacks (crackers, chips, nuts,etc.) Keep in mind others in each category will be bringing things too.
The Basket Patch and class teachers will have supplies and lots of fun things for sale all weekend. Tools required for classes will be available for purchase at The Basket Patch vending area.
You must bring your own sleeping bag or bed roll, pillow, towel and toiletries, just like going to camp!
No alcohol is permitted on the property. Smoking is only permitted outside, never indoors. No pets allowed.
Things to do now:
1. Choose the classes and the time slots they fit
2. You must have 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices filled in on the form, it's only fair to others.
3. Print off a registration form to fill out or use the form online and use PayPal after
6 pm October 28th, 2017.
4. If printing: Mail a registration and class request form and a check (registration fee made out to Shirley Mount). If you do not have email send a self addressed, stamped envelope.
Mail this to: Karen Krizan, 17460 98th Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. We will notify you via email of the class assignments if no SASE enclosed.
Please do not send any class fees at this time. They will be due when you receive confirmation of your class choices.
